Shipping Policy
All of our orders are sent in recyclable packaging.

In the UK, our orders are sent by Royal Mail. Shipping options vary with international orders.

We aim to send out our Brous within 3-5 working days, but if we are particularly overwhelmed it could be slightly longer!

The product price includes shipping costs and taxes. Please note that depending on your order and country, you may have to pay import duties on receipt of your order. Any customs duties and handling costs that might be charged to you, by order of the customs office, will not be refunded by us. Sorry about that!
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Brous and want to hold onto them forever, but if you do want to return a pair, please contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery.

You'll then have another 14 days to return the Brous. They should be returned unused, unharmed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Once we've received the return we'll aim to process your refund within 5 working days.
